Features that the administrators will appreciate
- Group/sort parties by category, price, grade level, date
- Each party may have a title, description, location, date, time, host, image, notes, and other customizable fields
- Parties can be entered through the backoffice by the PartyBook chair, or through a special form by the hosts themselves
- Once entered, a "comp" of each party description can be sent to the host for approval
- Customize the look/feel of the site with custom logos, color scheme, menu/link titles
- Customize static pages like "How to Bid", "Party Policies" with full what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) functionality
- Set trigger dates/times for the launch of the site, the start of party previews, the start of party signups, the closing of the PartyBook
- Choose whether or not to hide past parties
- Setup automatic reminders to attendees to checkout if their cart remains unpaid for a certain time
- Accept payments via PayPal, Authorize.net, DiamondMind, InternetSecure, USA E-Pay, CyberSource, Network Merchants, Stripe, or PayQuiq.
- Turn on the waitlist feature to allow people to be put on hold for a party that is full. Then, if the host decides to allow more people in, the site will automatically allow the next person in line into the party.
- Export your information at any time to a spreadsheet. Your data is not trapped in our system.
- We charge a flat yearly fee for service. There are no transaction fees, no percentages, no limitations on data entered.
Features that the hosts will appreciate
- Each party may have a title, description, location, date, time, host, image, notes, and other customizable fields
- New party information can optionally be entered directly by the hosts, to then be vetted by the administrators before being made public
- Once entered, a "comp" of each party description can be sent to the host for approval
- Setup automatic guest lists to be sent to each host a specific number of days before each party
- Choose to have hosts be notified as each guest signs up and/or as a complete list of attendees before their party

- Use the calendar feature to show a monthly calendar with each party listed on their date, making it easier for attendees to organize their schedule
- Allow registration for each party up to the day before the party, the same day of the party, or a specific date for each party
