WHAT IS PARTY BOOK?

Online Party Book is a revolutionary platform designed to help create and manage parties or fundraising events. It’s an easy to use, online tool, which gives you the ability to plan, manage and raise funds through events. It helps parents, teachers and members of an organization volunteer to host parties while the automated system helps you sell, manage, organize the event and communicate with attendees.

The Host

The host of the party designs and organizes a party and provides whatever is needed. That is their contribution to the group. For example: Bill and Susie throw a Tacos and Tequila party for the parents of their daughters preschool class. The Party Book chairperson sets the cost to attend this party as donation of $40 per person. They followed the very simple steps and created a custom page that explained all the details about their party, including a photo.

The Guest

The parents of the preschool class went crazy for Bill and Susie’s “Tacos and Tequila” party. They were more than happy to donate $40 to the school in order to be one of the lucky 40 people who got to attend. The party totally sold out in one week. That is 40 parents who donated $40 each. The school raised $1,600!! Bill and Susie threw a great party. All the parents had an amazing night together. The parents bonded. Everyone is a winner!

 The New Host

After Bill and Susie’s party the Miller family decided they were also going to help the school raise money so they threw a very lavish party. They use the same easy to use Party Book process to organize and activate their community. The school raised benefits because it raises more money. The parents benefit by bonding with other parents to create a better community within their daughters school. On and on and on it goes......

HOW IT WORKS

CREATE A PARTY

Use the easy-to-use online system to create your event. Activate your community’s fundraising passions with unique themes such such as “Tacos and Tequila” or “Mother/Daughter Barbie Party”. Provide an exciting description with all the details like location, dress code and a date/time. In addition, the host specifies a capacity for their party - the maximum number of guests they can accommodate. Then set the launch date and time for your event website .

GET THE WORD OUT

Let your community know about your fundraising website. OnlinePartyBook lets members of the community search for a party by price, category, grade level or by keyword. Attendees RSVP and provide their paymentto attend. Attendees can see who else is going to a party, view availability and sign up for a wait list. Attendees are notified by email and/or text and the hosts are reminded of who will be attending their party. The event will essentially run itself once launched.

HOST YOUR EVENT

Because Online Party Book makes organizing and managing fundraising events money easy, you can focus on making your event the best it can be. While you’re preparing for the big day, you can log into your fundraiser website and see who will be attending or cancellations, how much money you’ve raised and be able to plan accordingly. Our system helps with all the details, it can even help you plan your seating chart to ensure the perfect event.
